Among the property’s many highlights lie the meticulous integration of premium materials such as DecoClad® and DecoBatten®, enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the space.

Stealing the limelight on the second level, DecoClad® Shadowline finished in simple, yet stunning DecoCoat® Flat White colour, stands tall offering a robust and visually captivating cladding solution. What’s more, DecoClad® comes pre-finished, sparing the hassle of painting, sanding, or staining—a feature bound to excite any homeowner.
