Designed by the esteemed Collins and Turner Architects and constructed by North Construction and Building, this remarkable three-story structure establishes a new benchmark for educational facilities. Featuring sleek office pods, collaborative meeting spaces, and cutting-edge audio-visual technology, it is designed to nurture creativity and inspire groundbreaking ideas within our community.

But that’s not all – the project also rejuvenated the heritage-listed ‘Loxton House,’ converting its upper level into a dynamic innovation hub seamlessly connected to the main building by a breathtaking glazed footbridge adorned with bespoke artwork.

At the core of this architectural marvel lies DecoBatten®, seamlessly merging functionality with aesthetics. The meticulously designed DecoBatten® Radius aluminium battens grace both the interior soffit and exterior facade, creating a captivating interplay of light and shadow with strategically positioned perforations in the design’s exposed bases. Hand-cut to various lengths and expertly powder-coated in Manor Red, inspired by the region’s esteemed wine heritage, DecoBatten® enhances the building’s allure while effortlessly blending with the surrounding sandstone structures.

Featuring DECO’s 50 x 80mm Radius two-piece batten profile, the Tertiary Education Centre at Muswellbrook showcases the epitome of architectural innovation. The DecoBatten QuickClick™ system ensures effortless installation and a flawless finish, eliminating visible fixings and setting a new standard for efficiency and elegance in architectural design.
