Victorian Specialist Centre

In line with a growing understanding of the correlation between design and wellbeing, this state-of-the-art medical centre in Victoria’s Lower Templestowe provides its patients with modern facilities and a place of tranquillity. The two-storey medical centre has a day hospital, therapy gym and consultation suites as well as a two-level basement carpark.

Patients are pleasantly welcomed on arrival by the clean and natural-look materials featured on the façade of the building. Custom finished aluminium flat sheets were chosen to create a contemporary yet relaxed appearance to the entrance. In addition to this, timber-look DecoBattens flow seamlessly inside the centre, enhancing the tranquil ethos of the facility.

Inside the building the vibrant battens, clean white walls and soft blue furnishings achieves a stunning contrast that evokes a feeling of wellbeing and serenity.

DecoBatten and DECO’s custom flat sheets by DecoPanel offered a natural and warm aesthetic to the facility without the maintenance associated with using real timber products. The high-quality finish reflects the branding of the Victorian Specialist Centre and balances well with the leafy surrounds of the landscape.
