Albion Ave is a pair of bespoke modern coastal homes located in the heart of Queensland’s Gold Coast. Architecturally designed and artfully crafted with meticulous attention to detail, these luxury dwellings create a stunning visual thanks to the striking contrast of their black and white facades. Distinctly different in shape and colour, the two homes designs – that are positioned side by side – are seamlessly integrated thanks to the chosen timber-look aluminium battens and slats that are splayed across the facade and garages.

The installation of DecoBatten® and DecoSlat® paired with a DecoWood® finish, significantly enhances the home’s architectural details. The battens were used across the façade and gates, and slats across the garage doors, to create a cohesive visual appeal across both homes as well as complementing the coastal location. The timber-look aluminium seamlessly integrated with the natural elements, whilst also providing a sophisticated and unified exterior design across the two properties.
