DECO Australia is excited to announce the launch of our new DecoClad® aluminium cladding profiles – Seamline™ and Castelline™
Combining the durability and design versatility of the rest of the DecoClad® range, these new profiles offer fresh design opportunities for architects, designers and builders seeking innovative façade solutions.
Seamline™ introduces a minimalist, 205 mm-wide cladding board, creating clean pinstripe lines and a near-seamless finish. It’s the ideal choice for contemporary builds where simplicity and linear precision define the design vision.

Offering a castellated cladding effect, Castelline™ offers a dynamic geometric profile with 75 mm narrow boards that are lightweight and flexible. This new profile creates surfaces that shifts with the light and striking shadow lines that commands attention from every angle.
“Today’s designers and builders want façades that are both practical to install and visually transformative,” said DECO General Manager, Richard Hamber. “With Seamline and Castelline, we’ve created two profiles that deliver distinct architectural identities, while maintaining the efficiency, durability, and flexibility that DECO is known for.”
Like all DecoClad® products, Seamline™ and Castelline™ are engineered for the realities of construction. The long 6.5m cladding boards are engineered with pre-punched fixing holes to create a system that reduces time on site, while the aluminium substrate and marine-grade powder coat finish ensures long-term durability with low maintenance living.
Both profiles are available in DECO’s signature DecoWood® natural timber-look finishes, a wide range of solid colours or custom powder coats, allowing for complete design freedom.
Seamline™ and Castelline™ are manufactured in Australia and are now available to order nation-wide.
