Designed by Micrah Projects, this stunning boutique Lilyfield home radiates resort-style living with an ultra-modern look. This warm home build is designed with a custom-edge silhouette and has been meticulously crafted with every detail perfectly executed.

The façade has been fully fitted in a range of DECO’s ever popular DecoBatten™ profiles finished in the DecoWood® natural Curly Birch timber finish, making for a contemporaty yet warm and welcoming home . With the ease of installation and design flexibility DecoBatten™ provided, Micrah Projects’ builder, Najib Rahme, decided to incorporate the radius DecoBatten™ for the fencing too. This creates a unique feature which ties the full design together exquisitely.

Micrah Projects was able to incorporate DecoBatten® QuickClick™ 50 x 80mm radius batten and 50 x 50mm square battens for a show-stopping design that also incorporates functionality and privacy. With the home positioned just 300 metres from the shores of Iron Cove, a durable finish was required to counter the effects of the ocean air.

The covered terrace also features DecoBatten® with a completely integrated barbeque station wrapped in the aluminium battens, which offer a safe, non-combustible timber-look option that are a breeze to wipe clean.
